The Technology
For years, engineering and cost issues have prevented wide-scale adoption of biodiesel fuel alternatives. NABFC has developed a patented process and technology that enables large-scale production of cost-effective biodiesel. Our system is more efficient, easier to use, and safer than any other conversion method available. |

Our system is:
Self-Powered Once started, the system can power itself. Part of the biodiesel fuel produced by the system is used to drive a turbine that produces the power used to run the system. The remaining electricity produced can be used to help power the rest of the treatment facility, or delivered into the municipal electric grid. Portable and Self-Contained NABFC processing units are custom-built to meet the unique requirements of our customers. Each unit is a 100% contained. Once the trap grease enters the system, there is no further contact with it until it emerges as biodiesel. Our systems are relatively compact and easy to move or reposition. Expandable Additional processing units can be plugged in to the system with almost no interruption to the processing schedule. Safe Biodiesel fuel has a higher flash point than petroleum based diesel, making it safer to handle, store and use. Our process operates at 120F --- the same temperature as a warm shower --- eliminating the danger from scalding materials. Our proprietary process involves: Low Heat Our process operates at 120 degrees F, about the same as a lukewarm shower. There is no danger from hot liquids. No Pressure The unique NABFC process operates at ambient pressure. With no pressure, there's no danger of a pressurized leak or a ruptured connection turning into a high-pressure hazard. No Hazardous Waste The byproducts of our unique process are commercial grade glycerin and fertilizer (as well as potable water, which is recycled). Each has an immediate potential use and is not harmful to the environment.
