Site Partners & Customers

For years, cities across the nation have been clamoring for a solution to their mounting trap grease crisis. And for years, engineering and cost issues have prevented wide-scale adoption of biodiesel fuel alternatives.

NABFC has developed a patented process and technology that enables large-scale production of cost-effective biodiesel by taking common waste products, such as trap grease, and turning them into clean burning, non-toxic, and environmentally-friendly biofuels.

Farming the urban landscape.

That's what we do. Our environmentally safe conversion technology takes common waste products, such as trap grease from restaurants, and turns it into commercially certified biofuels.

Municipality Site Partners - Take the Grease Out of the System
Disposal of trap grease is a major problem for municipalities across the country and around the world. Current disposal methods (dumping, burning, or injecting it into the ground) produce substantial pollution and damage to the environment.

For our municipality site partners, NABFC provides the only disposal solution that does not pollute or damage the environment. How? Our technology process allows municipalities to take the grease out of the system altogether and converts it into a renewable, beneficial energy source.

Trucks pump the grease out of restaurant traps and deliver it directly to our conversion facility. The grease is pumped into collection tanks, filtered, and converted to biodiesel fuel. The fuel can be used to power generators at the facility or sold.

Blenders & Distributors -Cost-effective Biodiesel is Here
In the past decade, biodiesel has been gaining worldwide popularity as a viable alternative energy source. For blenders and distributors, NABFC delivers high-quality, renewable biodiesel at a substantially lower cost than other suppliers.

How? Through the NABFC refining system, conversion takes place closer to the source of the raw material. This greatly reduces the transportation costs inherent with other processes.

NABFC biodiesel can be blended at any level with petroleum diesel to create blends for a variety of applications. A 20% blend (B20) of biodiesel fuel made by reusing yellow fat or trap grease can be used to meet EPA compliance mandates.

Saves money, makes money, and environmentally safe.

The NABFC solution to trap grease disposal.

Works Anywhere
NABFC works with current collection and disposal systems (and agreements)?. We do not compete with either collectors or municipal departments. Our system fits between the collection and disposal points. We design, install and maintain the units and comply with existing labor agreements.

Quick and Easy to Install
Our processing units are portable and self-contained. Compared to conventional plant design, it takes only a fraction of the current construction time to roll the units into place, hook them up, and begin converting grease into fuel. This translates into lower construction cost, much smaller plant site, and much shorter ROI.

Increases Revenue Stream
City budgets across America are being impacted by the loss of pick-up fees from restaurants. By receiving trap grease, municipalities can initiate or reinstate pick-up fees.

Low-Cost Power
Since our plants are self-contained and can be sited adjacent to a waste hauler's transfer station or a sewage treatment plant, NABFC biodiesel fuel can be used to help power sewage treatment facilities or run collection trucks. This could save hundreds of thousands of dollars a year for major cities.

EPA Compliance
A 20% blend (B20) of biodeisel fuel made by reusing trap grease can be used to help meet EPA compliance mandates.
